Tasting notes

Violet colour that denote its youth.

Fresh and expressive nose, after a few minutes in the glass, where we can find red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries …

In the mouth it is friendly, light and fresh.

In the aftertaste they appear fresh sensations of mount low: thyme, rosemary, fennel.

A very versatile wine, ideal for daily enjoyment: for tapas, entrees, soft cheeses, rice and spoon dishes.

  •  Rice and pasta.
  •  Blue fish.
  •  White meats.

In spite of being a young wine, we advise to oxygenate.

Winemaker's notes

GRAPES: Monastrell 100%. Vines of 30 years. Calcareous clay soil with abundant boulder.

Harvest by hand in small boxes.

Part of the grape is covered with whole clusters and part is destemmed.

Maceration in cold for 48 hours … initiates fermentation thanks to its own yeasts since the grape is of ecological production.

Pressed at two weeks, remaining in storage for two months.

Light filtration prior to bottling.
