Awards ans mentions
Over the years we have had very good ratings in various specialized magazines like Mi Vino, Vivir el Vino …and Guides like Peñín, Gourmet, Yearbook of Wines El País …
They have rated many of the vintages Partal Signature wine, such as 37 Barricas and of Mabal between 88 and 92 points over 100.
In national and international competitions, we have received Gold and Silver medals for our wines on numerous occasions.
And Robert Parker has also valued our Partal with 90 points on more than one occasion.

Our grape varieties
Our grapes are always harvested from de vine by hand, in clusters and placed in small boxes.
As a white variety the Macabeo grape gives us MaBal, fresh and subtle aromas.
Among the varieties of black grape Monastrell is the queen, coming from old vines and various soils. Other grapes such as Sirah, Tempranillo or Merlot very well adapted to our soil, accompany it.

Our corks
We decided to use natural cork, being that long-life wines need to breathe to improve whilst in bottle.
Different origins but always of high quality.

Our oak barrels
All our barrels are made of Allier French oak, fine grain and different capacities.
These barrels bring elegance and subtlety to our aging wines:
- MaBal Macabeo
- 37 Barricas
- Partal Signature
Always respecting their fruit aromas.

Our ageing
Our added value is rounding in the bottle ... ... because after wines after ageing in barrels, our wines require time in bottles and, it is very important to complete the process of aging and to express its essence.
