Intense colour, medium-high layer.

Elegant nose where the ripe fruit stands out, fennel ..

In pleasant mouth, with tannins present but not disturbing. Balanced.

Long aftertaste and sweet sensations where the spicy touches stand out.

Winemaker's notes

SOIL TYPE: Clay-calcareous.

VINTAGE: Manual and in boxes of 15 kg. during the month of October.

Maceration time in contact with grape skin: 15 days after fermentation.

Entrance to barrels each variety of wine separately. After 7 months in barrel, the wine is designed.
