HOW TO BUY – ONLINE SHOP
The minimum age to be able to buy in our online shop is 18 years old.
The only prerequisite to purchase is that you must be of legal age to buy wine.
Simply fill in our form with your contact, shipping and billing details.
– Choose the products you wish to include in your shopping list. The chosen product will be added to your shopping cart, where you can indicate the number of units you want.
– Our website will guide you to continue shopping or process your order if you have completed your selection.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Our shop accepts payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
WITH OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY you can pay by Visa and Mastercard through a secure gateway. All the data of your transaction is carried out securely through encrypted communications (SSL) and in no case in Bodega Balcona we store the data of your credit card, we only receive the transaction code and the result of the transaction (acceptance or not, error, etc…).
We show you your shopping cart so that you can check all the details of your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an email with all the details of your order. Please contact us if you do not receive it. The availability of the products is subject to the warehouse stock.
If any product is out of stock we will inform you immediately.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped through our usual transport agency service.
The delivery time in the Peninsula is 24 to 48 hours from the moment the order is placed (Monday to Friday except holidays) and if the order is placed before 13:00h.
Some heavy or bulky items require special handling and their delivery may be delayed with respect to the normal delivery time. Any delays that may occur will not give rise to any compensation on the part of the company.
It is important to remember the legal obligation of the consignee (Article 366 – Commercial Code), to check the goods upon delivery, and in the event of visible damage, never sign the goods as conforming, but to make an immediate complaint to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery note.
The cost of deliveries to mainland Spain will be calculated according to the weight of the order, according to the rates shown in the order confirmation.
EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNSYou can make your exchange or return by calling our contact telephone number, indicated at the top of the page in the business hours.
You must call within three days of receiving the product so that we can manage the exchange or return. In the case of an exchange for a different product, if the price of the new product is lower, we will refund the difference. If it is higher, you will have to pay the difference. The cost of the transport agency in case of return is at the customer’s expense. Remember to pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during transport and arrives in good condition. In the event that you choose to return the amount of the product, it will be refunded to your account by bank transfer within approximately one week. The full amount of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that payment has been made by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the balance of the card with which payment was made. Refunds will not be accepted for bottles that have been previously opened.
