Tasting Notes

Layer of medium-high color, with intense garnet rim on a background of ripe pillory.

In the mouth it is smooth, with presence of fruit that extends until the end and soft tannins.

Mineral and spicy touches persist in the memory, along with a certain sense of sweetness.

Winemaker's notes

SOIL TYPE: clayey, calcareous, sandy loamy clay.

CLIMATOLOGY: Cold winter, with medium precipitation, some in the form of snow. Spring with mild temperatures and low rainfall. Warm and dry summer, with important thermal oscillations between day and night.

VINTAGE: Selected and in boxes of 15 kg; throughout the month of October

Maceration before the start of fermentation for three days. Long maceration: 2-3 weeks according to grape variety. Stay 12 months in French oak barrels Allier each wine variety (monastrell, sirah ….) separately.
